A resident of the Carolinas for more than 35 years, Jill Castle brings extensive experience from a real estate career spanning nearly three decades to her role as managing broker of Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Charlotte office.
Jill's passion for homes, design and people inspired her to pursue a career in real estate. After establishing her own boutique brokerage and becoming a top-producing real estate professional, she joined Premier Sotheby's International Realty as a global real estate advisor. In 2016, she was named managing broker of the firm's Charlotte office.
Licensed in both North and South Carolina, Jill draws on her comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, contracts and regulations to provide thoughtful guidance to advisors and clients alike. As a leader, she is committed to cultivating a collaborative and supportive environment where advisors have the resources and encouragement to grow their businesses and deliver an exceptional level of service.

Outside of the office, Jill enjoys traveling, exploring the beaches and mountains of the Carolinas and spending time outdoors with her husband, children and grandchildren.
